WHAT PLANET DOES THIS WACK-JOB LIVE ON? THE CAROLINA'S LAWMAKERS GET DUMBER BY THE MINUTE!

State Rep. Pitts, (R) Laurens, SC, introduced legislation earlier this month that would ban what he calls “the unconstitutional substitution of Federal Reserve Notes for silver and gold coin” in South Carolina.
If the bill were to become law, South Carolina would
no longer accept or use anything other than silver and
gold coins as a form of payment for any debt, meaning
paper money would be out in the Palmetto State.
He says he would like to see the bill pass. He says
if there’s a collapse of the U.S. economy, similar
to what happened to the Soviet Union, printed money
would become worthless. He says gold and silver would
always have value. He says the U.S. economy could
collapse because of the rate of spending by the Federal Government.
He says if the government continues to spend at the
current rate, the dollar will become worthless. He says to
anyone who thinks that idea is crazy, he would say so
was the idea of the collapse of the Soviet Union 20 years ago.
